Paresh Dharia, Chief Operating Officer

Bringing an 18-year track record of delivering strategic IT solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors, Paresh Dharia manages Navitas’s business operations. His experience with both the Civilian and Defense Federal Agencies provides deep insights into how to successfully deliver results in organization’s key government practice areas. As the company’s chief operating officer, Paresh is responsible for leading the company’s business operations globally, executing Navitas’s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. In addition, Mr. Dharia leads enterprise risk management for Navitas, working across the company to identify, assess and actively manage enterprise risks. He works routinely with executive, technical, and senior-level industry and government officials across the federal civilian sector, Department of Defense, state/local governments, as well as commercial industry. He applies his 20 years of operations and sales leadership in the federal services market space in order to work with all levels of Navitas staff and management for accelerated sales, revenue growth, and diversification. Paresh believes the customer’s return on investment – both immediate and long-term– is the key success criteria for any engagement.

His career has been dedicated to all aspects of services and systems delivery to outside clients: defense, federal civilian, and intelligence. The range of corporate responsibilities and expertise he has includes chief marketing accountability, business development, contract execution and project management/delivery, and staff and line operation general management with full P&L accountability.

Mr. Dharia’ s comprehensive business development skills include strategic and tactical client account executive leadership, structure of sales processes, discrete capture strategy, tactics, bid pipeline development, review and decision, teaming alliances, marketing and investor communications, capture/proposal operations, research and competitive assessment and solution/task sales.

He has directly managed the capture and operations of GWAC ID/IQ contracts comprising several task orders; managing large teams with dozens of subcontractors; managed the full range of PMO operations; as well as providing strategic planning; technology integration and adoption; entrepreneurship; and organizational development and management.
